ha ha have you got the fight recorded at home, cos watch that again, the last punch thrown and landed was by marquez, if he was close to being stopped he would have been covered up, the 2nd shot caught him off balance, and fired straight back

Freddie roach and pac man admitted how hurt manny was in the 8th round, roach said manny looked like he was ready to 'pack it in', he was hurt to head and especailly by a left hook to the body

Very true. And it should've been counted as a knockdown because the ropes held him up. Bayless made an error in that instance.

Although i agree i could have been given as a knockdown he was not ready to be stopped no way, you could make that assertion at the beginning of any pac man fight that he is 2 punches away from a knockout cos i think he could knock out most if not all super feathers

If you consider hitting the gloves as points then JMM won...

seriously i've watched the fight more than a couple of times now and every time i watched it it's getting even more and more clear that pac won. It's close but pac got those close and crucial rounds. JMM won round 12 but he lost the fight...

ive watched it 3 times and the best ive given manny is a draw so its subjective, you say he hit a lot of gloves but many also came up short with many punches especially the lunging left right combo, i dont think marquez was given enough credit for his body work either

hence, the reason you won't be taken seriously from this point on.

how come whenever someone's fighter loses they pull this "even round" crap for rounds their guy lost? lol

altho if its my guy i too find i lean towards giving round
to my guy if he throws less punches but does more damage .
and marquez clocked him in the seventh too.

also in the third, the kd round. i didnt do it but wonder why
it hasn't been mentioned, there could be an argument for
scoreing that a 10-9 round not a 10-8 for pac.. marquez
was handily pounding him the enire round up to the last 20 seconds and when juan got back up he didnt look hurt! look at his face. when the bell rung and marquez was following pac to his corner i held my breath, i thought juan was going to clock him in the back of the head if ref didn't grab him.

and if you watched this fight on the pinoy station, holy cow , you talk about favortizm. altho even two of the pinoy announcers did have it for marquez at the end.
did you catch the look of suprise on mannys face when they announced he won. oh boy!!! he didn't even think he won.

don't think it was a gift for pacquiao but he's a lucky lucky man!
