This is a tough question because Hatton brings his fans over so technically its not american fans. Cotto packs the garden everytime and has very loyal supporters so id have to say Cotto,Hattons fan base in america is pretty low id have to say, but he brings 20,000 with him over here so im sure he doesnt care.

What people forget is that Cotto doesnt just have PR fans, he has LATINO fans.

Cotto's fans are already here though and I believe he can bring more since he fights on American soil all the time. It's easier to come to a fight when your fans are in the back yard rather then across the pond.

I admire the hell out of Hatton's fans though because there are few fighters who could draw a crowed such a long ways away to watch them fight in another country!

But you have to marvel at that.. How many other fighters do you know that could bring so many people along with them like Hatton?

I'm sure if Mayweather or De La Hoya went to the U.K. they wouldn't bring 10-15,000 fans along with them!

well after the floyd jr fight Hatton has the bigger base especially cause he is white and likes to drink so the white middle american can relate to him.

but prior to the floyd jr fight his fan base wasnt really big.
