So how many rounds did Vargas beat Mayorga by?

So you agree with me about Barrios beating Juarez? Good stuff.

That was the word going around then he was scheduled to face Marquez. I assume he got a nutrition coach.

Yeah I'm picking Jorge Barrios over Rocky Juarez.

But the fight could be super thrilling, lol.

          Rocky Juarez wins this one!

Could be by ko if Barrios bring the pain.

yes, he failed to make weight and was stripped of his title.

if he had won instead of guzman the title would have remained vacant.

If anyone is getting KTFO'd it's definitely Barrios. lol.

I mean Juarez as you pointed out has the nasty power, and he has the solid chin. Barrios has flaws, and does appear to be the lesser of the two technically. That's for sure. But I think he's just going to put way too much pressure on Juarez........and will throw far too many punches. Like some sort of assault.

Why? Only because Juarez is there. He doesn't evade, and uses his upper body movement (sporadic) to avoid shots. But he has his own style with that.

If someone fights in the plodding style against Barrios, it's ****ing doom. He'll force Juarez in to a fight.

I'd even bet he'd get up 2 or 3 times being floored (Barrios)..........to win rounds by throwing hail storms of punches.

Guzman did really good despite the fact that Barrios out weighed him.
I heard Barrios trained to make weight that whole training camp though rather then to fight.. Not that it would have made a difference against Guzman.

I can see Juarez winning this fight, he just cant beat any of the top top guys, his track record is terrible in that regard.

When you're facing a puncher, the last think you want to be is weight drianed and i belive Barrios will be weight drained and won't be as strong as he has looked in the past.
