Ok then, take Sam Peter for example: I really feel Haye could give him nightmares with his speed. Sam Peter is a very slow guy. It's like I was saying last night, you can get by without a solid chin if you fight your fight. I don't understand why some people are so pissed off, Haye will bring some much needed excitment. He's a quick, athletic, power puncher.

Roy Jones took some reasonable punches from Ruiz. Let's see what Haye can do.

There are that many capable guys
An understandable viewpoint. Haye hasn't been truly tested at the heavier division but his offensive skills and speed are above the majority of fighters at the weight which, at least in theory, put him a class above the lower ranked heavies. Again, it's the evasion or absorption question - Haye's defence is the main point of contention, something which needs improvement but considering the incoming fire will be slower paced, might not be too much of a problem. For now it's a waiting game and time will tell whether Haye's all round skills are at elite heavyweight level, but what we do know is that he's the number one elite cruiserweight and that in itself is a positive sign for Haye's heavyweight campaign.

With Haye's low left hand and questionable chin it doesn't seem like a good formula to make it big in the HW division. He's definitely quicker and more athletic than most of the HW's now, but Im only going to believe the hype until I see it.

Haye could beat these guys. Of course he could. But it would be a very worrying at any point of a fight. Whether he would beat them we will only know when they actually fight.

Exactly. Wlad has two mandatories to deal with.

It showed that Haye can hurt a durable heavyweight with devestating effect but the question still remains, how much can he be hurt by them?

In theory, Haye should have improved durability, punch resistance and stamina but it's anyone's guess at the moment as to if they'll be evolved enough to absorb repeated heavy attacks. If Haye can abosrb (or evade) punishment well enough, he'll be a force at the elite level with his offensive skills, especially in a division where the elite fighters are, from a historical perspective, comparitively unimpressive.
what makes you think bonin was a durable opponent? the guy never fought even 1 fighter with descent power
