I gave him credit from the big improvement freddie roach made on his rematch with moa where he was robbed. and his impressive KO's on pemberton and spina. But after that he went right back to how he fought before.. He could of beat lacy easily.. but the stamina wasnt there and he fought inside.. ******

How exactly has he been exposed? I don't recall him being overhyped in the first place and second of all I don't think there's a person around who knows boxing and thinks he couldn't have won the Lacy fight. The Calzaghe stoppage was highly controversial. I'm not saying Calzaghe wouldn't have beaten him otherwise, but then again he went in there with one of the current p4p best.

Manfredo might not be anything special, but there's a prejudice going around just because he fought on the contender. Cut him some slack..

Manfredo definitely doesnt deserve the disrespect he gets. Hes actually a good boxer, and you just gotta look at his fights with Spina and Pemberton to see that.
I even thought he barely won the fight against Lacy, just by 1 point though.
He's just in a tough weight division, if he moves down to middle, I can see him beating a lot of the top 15.
Theres definitely still hope for him.

lol people were saying lacy was gonna smash manfredo....manfredo goes in there putboxes lacy, loses a close fight and he was exposed...

that being said, he fought very stupdly against lacy...he couldve won that fights so easily...

Manfredo is a BUM!... He doesnt be long on TV anymore... He showed in the Lacy fight that he doesnt want it when fighting the top guys... but when he fights C class fighters he talks like hes the ****.

I think Peter Manfredo vs. Antwun Echols would be a good FNF on ESPN2 and if he could win that fight maybe try and set something up with Allan Green and start clearing out this SMW division!!!!
