i donwloaded the sopcast 3.0 and installed everything

i typed in the address provided and the player says "playing channel BEN1 sports"

but all im getting is a black screen.... someone help?

After you type in the channel you have to hit the white arrow in the blue circle. That is probably the problem you are having, not hitting the arrow that is.
