Im using the same link on sopcast, channel 35999 and it looks pretty decent to me. Try and use the screen size that is in between the smallest and the full screen. I guess its called medium. If you use that the pic is much better then the fullscreen but at the same time its not to small to be annoying or hard to see. And to tell you the truth, the fullscreen is actually surprisingly good for a sopcast link and is very watchable.
