Katsidis hits hard and throws a lot of punches and maintains his workrate. The Cambell/ diaz fight was won with punches and consistency.. If there was some super knockout artist or an incredible slickster in the lightweight division then i would say yeah there is something to worry about for Katsidis but.. There isn't. Perhaps when Khan gets a little more experience under his belt he will have the firepower to blast Katsidis but.. Casamayor, Diaz and Cambell all lack any standout characteristics. IMO

I know it doesn't fit into the american or english biases this board loves but I like Katsidis for this division.

I interviewed Nate Campbell today. When I asked him about Amir Khan, Campbell said, "He's a *****."

          what eloquence.

          He sounds like a scream.

I'd love to see someone rip the **** out of Khan at a press conference, Khan has a public image to maintain you can imagine him squirming in his chair.

I think this has more mileage than a Diaz fight anyway. A trash talking American is always exciting.

I think Khan should fight these guys now as soon as possible, take a leaf out of Haye's book, if he loses at this stage it actually doesn't matter that much. He is also massive at the weight.

Cambell will be well into retirement before Khan gets ready to fight for some belts.

Even after he beat the breaks off my boy J. Diaz, I still don't think too much of Campbell, but I saw Amir Khan get wobbled all over the ring by Willie Limond, & even though he came back to win, he was SERIOUSLY hurt & IMO could have been stopped if he were facing a better calibur opponent! Khan has some "skills" no doubt, but I think it's FAR 2 EARLY to be taking a step-up like this... & I'll go as far as to say Nate will STOP Amir when/if they fight!

Yeah, the guy only has 3 of the 4 belts!

Khan's 21 and has had 14 fights. It's fantastic that Tyson could win the title so early. It's great that Floyd was so good at such a young age. But personally I don't think a 21 year old with 14 fights should be criticised too much for not having faced a big name yet. I think he'll be ready within a year. Many great fighters didn't have anything impressive on their record at the age of 21, I think he deserves (and is in need of) a bit more time to develop.

He's still learning as a fighter. Him and all of his fans admit that. Khan has won the Commonwealth title, which is an achievement, and he's getting better with each fight.

For a 21 year old, i think he's doing a fantastic job. Julio cesar chavez jnr is 22 and is way more protected than khan, i dont see any of yas throwing this kind of criticism his way. khan has a good chance against katsidis or campbell and within a year i think he will have the beating of both.

way too many haters on here.
