POLL: Roy Jones Jr Vs. Anderson Silva

I guess it's Anderson Silva's fights against such great strikers like Chris Leben, Nate Marquardt, Travis Lutter, Rich Franklin and Dan Henderson that convinces these people that Anderson would destroy Roy in a boxing match.



Anderson Silva is an amazing MMA fighter but I have a hard time picking a part time boxer with only 2 fights as a pro (and no amateur career) over a former p4p great and a boxing veteran like Roy Jones.

No offense, but I'm sick of the these "what if threads." these match ups will never happen and mythical match ups will never happen.......it's anybody's guess.

Can anybody direct me to a good hard hitting website that talks about real boxing? Somewhere that has the inside scoop and behind the scenes stuff. Like who is sparring who behind closed doors, and stuff like that.

Anyone with half a brain can tell you Roy would kill him in a Boxing match and Anderson would submit or ground and pound Roy in a MMA match.

Since there is no money in MMA for the fighters no world class boxer has the incentive to make the Jump, maybe in the future they might but its funny how Dana White offered Floyd 1 million dollars to fight his champ then tried to say Floyd was ducking him for not taking that chump change.
