That is far from the truth. Since Rick Reeno is a full partner, and the acting president of Maxboxing, it's also far from a takeover.

Like I've said for the hundreth time. Some video will be free and some will be obviously be for members.

They make it sound like they're doing this to better boxing. If they want to make it better MAXBOXING would go totally free as well. How is boxing going to get better when you make people pay by credit card only to view you're boxing news and clips? Seriously where are younger fans of the sport supposed to get credit cards to pay for it? or just people without credit cards. So if you have bad credit you can't be a member?
