To put it simple; if you juice you can work-out 1 hour longer than your opponent if he doesn't. So the juicer gets 1 hr. extra a day to improve skills, endurrance, stamina etc. So please dont gimme that BS.

Very true. You could be using all the steroids you want, but if you can't fight it gives you no edge. Jones used Ripped Fuel that you could get over the counter at a local GNC. This substance wasn't even illegal at the time he took it. When people try to downplay his accomplishments & say he really wasn't that good is silly if you ask me. And then he gets beat past his prime & then people say it was because he stopped taking performance enhancing drugs. I just don't get it sometimes.

One thing is just about a scientific proven fact..people who use showings aganst Tarver and Johnson as "proof" that RJ was overrated...are people who never liked him in the first place

Totally agree with you Ice Man. When Jones lost it seemed like it validated the hate for those the didn't like him to begin with. It's like saying Michael Jordan ****** because he was in his late 30's/40's & wasn't the same player he was from the 80's & 90's. If true boxing fans followed him as an amateur, & then as a pro they'd see a very special kind of fighter that doesn't appear very often.

Look at my post veeeeryyyyy carefully again. Now what did I say?

I said that you would be able to work-out longer than your opponent.

What do you work on when you work-out??? Skill perhaps??? To bend it in neon: If you have 2 identical twins working on the uppercut and one works-out for an hour and the other for 2 hours. Who do you then think trows the best uppercut?????

The difference is, the drug roy tested positive, was LEGAL while he took it, and available in commercial stores such as GNC across the country.... every other fighter had means to use the same advantage he did... LEGALLY...

he also only tested positive for it in 3 or 4 fights... its hardly saying it made or broke his entire career...

the last time he used it was in 2000... it was LEGAL in stores in 2000... he tested negative every fight after 2000 and continued knocking people out, and winning the HW title, without it...

Dont be blind friend. Do you think that Roger Clemens, Barry Bonds, Pettitte and all those other baseball icons ONLY took the drugs the day they tested positive? Thats plain naive.

I will only judge based on proof... and thats what I did... judge based on what he tested positive for... nothing else... how could I?

It still remains fact...this supplement wasnt even deemed a steroid when he took it... u could buy them in tablets, or the chemical was also in energy drinks at GNC...

its one thing to hunt out illegal HGH and inject it, to make yourself a better pro athlete...

its another thing to take a legal supplement at the time...
