This fight is going to look completely different from the fight back in 2004 simply because both fighters have changed.

Manny now has two good hands, Marquez is now more offensive, Manny Improved on his defence greatly since the second Erik Morales fight, Manny's defence in the 2nd Barrera fight reminded me of Winky Wrights defence (I'm not saying that it's as good as his) and Mannys balance is a whole lot better too.

In order for Marquez to win he's gotta outbox someone who is so fast, strong, big and AGGRESSIVE for 130.

When someone is faster, stronger, bigger, in his prime and extremely aggressive it's just hard to box him.

All Manny has to do is impose his will on Marquez and looking at Mannys profile it should'nt be that hard, unless Marquez makes a brilliant counterpunching strategy.

Marquez is the one who walked away from the rematch.. Paquiao is the man everyone wants in the ring, don't expect him to go chasing after a guy if he's gonna walk away from him. If Marquez chooses to walk away looking for a paycut that's his business. Pac is the draw.

For a superior boxer like JMM. Paquiao is heaven for a counter puncher with great skill like JMM. Paquiao's greatest wins are against mexicans out of their primes and on the downfall. With that said Morales still put a beating on him in the same fashion that JMM will. Paquiao gave all he had against JMM the first fight. Still wasnt enough. Outside of that first round Manny got a boxing lesson from JMM. If JMM comes out ready in that first fight he wins an easy UD. Paquiao has alot of heart I love the fact that when he gets hit his defense is to hit you back harder! its fun to watch. Paquiao is fast and strong but dont confuse that with skill. He lacks defense his only defense is his offense. This a rematch loooooong due and for good reason. Paquiao knows what he is going up against and that's a much superior boxer in JMM. Don't expect JMM to go down 3 times again in the first fight. This will be a continuation of how the last fight ended and JMM will come out victorious in impressive fashion. Expect paquiao to get countered to hell this saturday!

I respect you for being an ardent JMM fan and I like JMM's toughness and superb counter punching myself . In fact Manny P. hurt his fist hitting JMM
the 3rd time that it slowed him down the stretch. When Manny P. was just
starting to like boxing as a very poor boy, he made use of coconut tree as punching bag with a pair of worn-out rubber slippers tied to it for cushion.He would have liked the tree to hit him so he could hit back to defend himself as you describe him.So the first JMM and MP fight had something to do with MP hitting and knocking out 3 times a coconut tree like JMM but hurting his fist.
JMM can teach all the boxing lessons to MP in the next fight except to depend himself and get knocked down. MP is an irresistible force and JMM is not an immovable object. and I think MP had complained of welts on his soles due to the lousy socks he wore during the fight. he said he bought the pair at Macy's " very cheap" and Made in China. He was being shortchanged then by his Promoter Murad Muhammad.These may have saved the day for JMM.So this is my prediction : If your JMM choose to slug it out with my MP, JMM will be knocked down in 3 different rounds and not all in the first round to avoid monotony. The last knock down will be a knock out.Amen!
