David Haye vs Evander Holyfield (Prime) @ Cruiserweight

Who wins? I don't know if anyone under 200 lbs can take bombs from Haye.

He has beaten two great Cruiserweights in his past two fights and made it look easy.

    How would this go down?

Holyfield wears him down and knocks him out late.

Holyfield would take those shots, he wouldn't go down to anyone at CW. He wears Haye down late and comes out victorious by UD or TKO.

I'd have to say Holy tbh. Unless you're talking about a dish off, in which case Haye KO1.

As hard as Haye is said to punch, I'm pretty sure that Rid**** Bowe, Lennox Lewis and Mike Tyson could probably pack a harder punch, and Holyfield stood up to all of them (except for when his heart decided to stop working in the third fight), so...

Holyfield probably uses his skills to wear Haye down, as was said earlier in this thread.
