Moore fought at light heavyweight and heavyweight, cruiserweight wasn't created yet.

      Like Carlos De Leon!
Yes, I am sure. Especially that you mention De Leon who Holyfield beat. And he also beat another consensus top 5 cruiser twice in Qawi. He held the WBC, WBA, IBF titles and he finished at 17-0(14 ko's). He is an EASY pick for #1.

You just wonder what Holyfield would have done if he stayed at that weight. There's just never the talent pool there for long enough.

ESPN showed Holy against Qawi late last night; I was in and out of sleep but I'm pretty sure I wasn't just dreaming that

my guess is, holyfield could've gone 100-0 and beaten all top 25 fighters several times over if he had stayed at that weight. that is if he fought 100 times before the age of 37.

No, I knew they were going to show that fight at some point soon. I think it was the rematch though. Not sure, I didn't watch it, but I think they might be reshowing it tomorow? You might want to check on it, whoever asked.

Holyfield and De Leon are definately the top two. the rest i would choose for ositions 2-10 have already be mentioned although i would say Carl Thompsn would make top ten and Marvin Camel deserves a mention although im not sure he makes top ten (many thought he beat De Leon or at least deserved a draw first time round)

Not many people know him even now, as I'm sure some of you will have seen when I mention him. He's in a position now where he's on the threshold of better things, it's just a matter of waiting.
