Then we would not have this great myth of him beating Lewis.

Has anyone ever gotten more mileage from a LOSS???

That one is easy. Frazier vs. Ali I. Ali tried to convince the public that he won the fight. A lotta people bought it. Klitschko isn't in that league at all.

          My god you are lame.

Not only do you lack a decent knowledge of boxing history, (An example being your "why didn't pryor and hagler fight as pros at welterweight?" thread), but you can't even get a joke right.

MikeTyson77's joke was that I'm Levi Billups, who lost to Vitali, not Wlad.

          Billups never fought Wlad.

There are TWO Klitschkos who fight/fought at heavyweight.

Why yes, remember when Leon Spinks lost to Mike Tyson? Remember when Michael Spinks got beat down by Dwight Qawi at cruiserweight a few years after he split a pair of fights with an old Ali? Leon won a close decision at light heavy over Dwight by outjabbing him. Boy, that first Rafael Marquez-Manny Pacquiao fight was a classic, huh?

at least he beat corrie though. brittley fought an undertrained 37 year old lewis (who was laid out by oleg's son hasim rahman the last time he showed up for a fight in not very good shape), and lost.

but he was ahead on the cards, so according to quitali fanboy logic, it's not a real loss.
its not a reall loss if that happend to u would say except as a reall loss? Thats why Lewis was getting boed at the end of the fight while Klitschko was being recognized by the fans, and all these excuses your using about Lewis and Sanders beign outa shape its all bullcrap, same thing would have happend to Lewis even if he was 5-8 lbs lighter. Sanders was the fighter Klitschko had to fight to get the belt so he fought him.

Of course they are real losses.

Vitali couldn't continue. If you can't continue the fight, you lose. Simple as that.

Now when a guy wins 9 of 15 rounds and loses the decision (Holmes-Spinks 2), or if a guy wins 10 or 11 of the 15 rounds and loses the decision (Everett-Escalera), or if the guy KO's his opponent like 3 times but the crooked ref doesn't allow him to win (Coggi-Gonzalez), or if a guy wins because he lands an illegal shot but it isn't properly enforced (Tua-Rahman I), then it is not a real loss.

Getting booed, so what? Wow, Gainer got booed after his fight with Polo. Mayweather got booed after his fight with Sosa. They still won those fights fairly.

As for Lewis being not in very good shape, well what did the guy who lost to Lewis say after the fight?

"I knew his condition was not good, he's very heavy. He couldn't fight hard," Klitschko said.

Its a fighters responsibilty to be in shape its not an excuse for a bad showing, plain and simple son.

Since when did Corrie Sanders ever depend on conditioning? Quick strong hands and southpaw counter punching sure, but he was never a workman with most of his wins being early knockouts. When he was in shape at 225(same weight he beat Wlad) he still gassed against Rahman.

Really????...I was a young tyke after that fight, but I don't remember Ali doing that.

My point is,Klit's army always makes it sound like he actually won that fight.
When the truth is...he gave a fat,out of shape, ready to retire Lennox Lewis a good fight,in which he was bruised, battered and ripped up....and he lost.

Lemme ask you this...what would a prime Lewis have done to this guy?...or an in-shape Lewis, who was filming a movie in the middle of training?
I'll answer...he would have been laid out,and we wouldn't be having this conversation.
