His chin is not great but its solid, better than Hayes at the weight.

Im not sure anything other than a granite chin will do if Haye lands that right hand or one of those uppercuts. Mormeck had a great chin and he was gone after Haye hit him.

His chin is just as bad as Hayes, if not worse. He's been KO'd by Lee Swaby and he took a left turn down ***** street against Hobson. That opposition is inferior to Mormeck and Thompson without a doubt. It's just that Enzo hasn't had his chin tested since Hobson as he hasn't been in with guys that have been able to land punches.

Which man do you think has the better defensive skills?

            Enzo slightly.

Haye can slip shots well but that low left man it will be the end if he hangs that left low.

Maybe Enzo, but It's hard to say as he hasn't been in with anyone that can threaten him recently, if Haye had fought Bobby Gunn and Azzoui maybe his defence would've looked good aswell. We don't know if Enzo can fight and defend on the back foot, as he will inevitably have to do at some point in this fight. There's so many question marks over him.

I'd say Enzo has the more conventional defence, he has that high European guard, while Haye hangs the left low, but then personally i think Haye has the faster feet to get himself out of trouble - we saw this against Mormeck as Mormeck was always trying to back him into the corner.

I can see Haye getting caught with a right hook with his low left hand.

Enzo's chin is not great, but it's solid. The only reason he has that rep is because he was KO'd by a journeyman and rocked badly a few times by Hobson. A good comparison to make to show the "Calzaghe factor" in all its glory is take a look at his 2 fights against Hobson. First fight, he gets hurt a few times and wins a close decision. Then he gets the rematch, with Enza Calzaghe in his corner, KO'd Hobson in round 1. Never underestimate Enzo Calzaghe's fighters, anybody see the boxing lesson Macca gave to Big Truck? Ok, so Big Truck was nowhere near his best, but he still had a meaty punch that he DID land with, but enzo shrugged them off very well. Mormeck doesn't punch as hard as Enzo, not by a mile, and he nearly put Haye away, and Enzo's skills are good enough to land a few good shots early, I got him to KO Haye inside 6.

That 2nd Hobson fight was a weird one. In the first fight they were both landing clean shots for 12 rounds, really twatting eachother, and Hobson showed a great chin. Then in the 2nd fight Enzo catches him with a glancing blow on the top of the head and he goes down. There's no way it was a knockout punch IMO.

A glancing blow to the temple, that **** takes away your balance instantly. Not a knockout punch, but it was aimed at the temple and landed pretty much clean, maybe glanced slightly, but not much. Goes to show the gulf in class between Enzo now and then.
