"..and i knew roy was on something because he went from 180 lbs to 199 lbs of ripped muscle in less than six months, guy with his middleweight bone structure can't do that **** naturally..."
Roy fought Hall in 2000 at Light Heavy - I read him at the time talking about it and really it was a vanity thing. He wanted to look really cut - and that is what the Ripped Fuel was suppose to do.

Yeah, but it's a scientifically fact that highly trained athletes who never have done much weightlifting, but instead strengthening themselves with natural resistance training (push-ups, pull- ups etc) in fact does pack on a considerable amount of muscle when they start doing heavy weights.

If you're a bombshell at doing push-ups, you will extremely fast pack on muscles and be really strong really fast at benchpressing.

I didn't think he was on anything when he fought Ruiz - other than people speculating. The only fight I know of that he tested positive was the Hall fight. But I could be wrong.

Yeah your wrong, they tested his samples going back to 97, and a few of them came up positive. Why didnt they do anything when they found out? Why wasn't he suspended? Because it was a legal over the counter drug at the time he was taking it.

I wasn't sure about it - but I was thinking of testing positive for banned substances - Roy said he didn't know what he was taking at the time was banned and he said he stopped after that. Sounds like he may have been taking it for years before that. It was available for quite a while after the Hall fight over the counter. Hell it still may be.

lol Doesn't work out............I don't know about that, Chief.
Anybody who has been following TOney's career the last couple of years knows he doesn't like road work, situps, jumprope, etc,.

He likes to get in the ring and do sparring sessions. That's a way to stay in shape but it's not enough to look good and ready for a fight. Obviously that has kept him competitive against Samuel Peter in the first fight. He was out of shape but all the sparring sessions did him alot of good.

What Ree****yaluss FAILS to add to his little piece is that Jones registered 6X the legal levels.
And the fact is no amount of ripped fuel would register that high.
So how do you explain that?
And Roy's initial excuse for testing positive was "nasal congestant" then later changed to "Ripped Fuel".
Pretty weird to mix those 2 up eh?

Andro was banned from all retail spots.

I used to work at GNC and loved the "Andro-poppers". Basically they were a pink chewable tablet that you placed under your tongue 30 min before a workout. The **** did work.
