then all you gotta do is take a good mass gainer with your 3 meals.
they have some good stuff on the market you gotta drink it 3 times a day.
look at this guy he was a hardgainer ectomorph and went from 135 to 165 in like 3-6 months.you have to have discipline and focus. i suggest you get a timer digital watch so you can make it beep every 2-3 hours reminding you to eat. and lift 3 times a week and limit cardio and with the right supplements and diet you will put size on but just be patient dont focus on it let it come in time.

Maybe roids maybe not, but a significant factor is that that guy and the fighters mentioned earlier in the thread aren't holding 8 to 5 jobs and likely have enough time through the day to workout and hydrate to get the most out of that kind of supplementation. If John or Jane Q Public tried to take more than the basics they will likely not adequately hydrate or exercise enough to get the maximum benefits from heavy supplementation. Not saying it isn't possible for some to be exceptions, just that it isn't likely for most.Comment

if you work get the healthy menu at your fast food place and pick from that, or bring a cooler with a RTD shake or protien so you can gulp it down while at work.
its not hard at all it breaks down to a science, Roids is more of a hassle, becuase you have to worry about sticking a needle for 5 different injections, worry about your liver, blood count, your heart, you have to inject yourself 7 times a week and you have to use anti estrogens...its a hassle and once you get off them you lose alll your strength and your muscle deflates and you look worse thenw hen you star with saggy muscles.
when you stop taking supps and just eat regular and work out you dont lose anything you still maintain what you gained naturally with supps.
