    They call it a clean bulk, and what you eat is the most important id rather gain lean muscle then fat.

            then all you gotta do is take a good mass gainer with your 3 meals.

            they have some good stuff on the market you gotta drink it 3 times a day.

            look at this guy he was a hardgainer ectomorph and went from 135 to 165 in like 3-6 months.you have to have discipline and focus. i suggest you get a timer digital watch so you can make it beep every 2-3 hours reminding you to eat. and lift 3 times a week and limit cardio and with the right supplements and diet you will put size on but just be patient dont focus on it let it come in time.

                    I make my own with whey protien and yogurt and fruits.

                    I learned alot from my friends when I played football and wrestled and they personal train.
