At 147, if we consider that Cotto has already beat 3 of the top ten, 2 of which he destroyed, then I would have to say that Mayweather has the best chance.
And Mosely would not in any way shape or form beat Cotto in a rematch.

exactly, if shane sticks to his boxing and doesn't get caught up like he did the first fight he has a chance.
