At the time, Margarito was very deserving, and was seen as a much bigger threat than Baldomir. As for Arum trying to sit down and make a fight with Floyd, you're right, it hasnt happened yet, but we all saw Floyd's response to Merchant when a potential fight with Cotto was brought up. as i said before educate yourself!! margarito offered this money to mayweather in 2005. mayweather turned it down to fight sharmba mitchell for half the money. then mayweather turned it down a second time to fight judah coming off a loss for only $5 million. baldomir was the third time maywaether ducked margarito. use some plain and basic common sense to explain how you can duck a fighter 3 times for a career high payday and still have respect for a coward.

At the time Baldomir was more marketable and had just beat Judah and Gatti. Who the hell did Margarito beat? There's plenty of time for a fight to be made with Cotto. Crying about it solves nothing. Floyd is probably bored of boxing and is taking time off(as he said he would). Baldomir being less of a threat than Margarito is an opinion.
