Last July this guy was a nobody in the boxing world and not even a year later he's walking around like some big swingin' **** based off of wins against 2fighters who aren't even in the top 10 of the division. After Cotto breaks him I doubt we'll be seeing much of Gomez. How he got this opportunity over other prospects still baffles me.

Why did Manfredo get to fight Calzaghe? Why did Mora get a title shot for Taylor and Forrest?

We've seen that Cotto took alot of hard shots from Judah and Mosley, Gomez has taken shots from who? Mafredo? and the rest of the "contenders" please.
