why i think based on style Cotto will beat Floyd
Cotto is much different to Hatton
Hatton does'nt jab ,he Fights with his face & relies on feints & Head movement to get inside & he is way to impatient when he is trying to work his way in ,and he keeps his hands somewhere by his chest ,he exclusively throws Hooks & hardly any straight shots what so ever ,smouthers himself on the inside aswsell
Cotto has a good jab ,he is very patient at working his way inside ,does'nt need to rely on the referee to allow him to push his oponent into the ropes so he can land his body shots like Hatton ,he is capable of mixing in Body shots off his combintations ,he keeps his chin tucked in & his hands high ,he is very good at cutting down the ring & he is relentless ,he does throw straight shots down the middle unlike Hatton & if FLoyd is vulnerable to any shots it is the right hand down the middle Castillo caught him with it quite a few times in both fights ,Hatton needed the jab Dela Hoya used to keep Mayweather where he wanted him & the Right hands down the pipe that Castillo hit Floyd with & he needed to be able to cut the ring down like Cotto does ,as it was he did'nt have a jab or any straight shots & he followed PBF around the ring & got caught walking in a straight line being impatient to get inside again as i pointed out
Cotto has all those qualities i mentioned ,allthough i think Cotto has a tough fight coming up with Gomez u may laugh but ill bet Gomez turns out to be a tough nut to crack for Cotto
