Some here would say DQ ^^
If you are fast enough you can counter him, overhand right must be possible too. Maybe he ducks it, but than you can throw something else or lean on him to get him tired.
A fast openhanded Jab could compete with his speed.
Someone tried to headbut him?
I haven't spotted many weaknesses at all. The only thing I can think of is Mayweather vs Castillio 1 where Castillio went to the body. I don't think Floyd is the same fighter now as he was then though.

I really dont see a weakness. Might be some things he is better at than others but there is no weakness than can expose him or anything like that. His biggest weakness might be that he is a bit small and lacks the power of many other top welter weights.
If PBF loses to one of the top WW's I think it will partially be because of the natural size difference.
With that said I still think guys like Whittaker and Duran would've beaten him at the lower weights not because of any weakness or size differences but because they were just better.
You need to be bigger and have decent and versatille boxing skills to beat Floyd. Clearly you find one of those in the upper divisions 154 on up but Floyd will never fight there again. At 147, I thought P. Williams had just enough skill along with his 6'2 frame to beat Floyd but I was wrong.
Just about everyone that fights Mayweather had the same strategy...stay close (pressure) & throw a lot of punches. Floyd's greatest asset may be his Ring IQ & his ability to make on the spot adjustments! So whoever hands him his 1st loss will HAVE to be a mentally & physically strong fighter! IMO you will need several game plans b/c one or two is not going to work! If you're going to pressure you have to fight intellegently (similar to the 1st castillo fight) He bulled his way in with the jab & threw combos off of it! Judah was succesfful early b/c he waited for Floyd to lead & his quickness & southpaw stance allowed him to counter Floyd coming in (2nd rd knockdown that the ref missed).
I've noticed he is not as comfortable leading & throwing more than 2 or 3 punches at a time! Usually when he "lets loose" or trades with his opponents he offers little to no head movement & throws wide shots (hince the pot-shot or 1 & done, or the 3rd or 4th rd against Corley where he was staggered) Also when his opponent throws the jab, he just hops str8 back (in a str8 line) so maybe you could throw a couple of jabs to set up a right hand or body shot...but they would have to keep it up for 12rds & that's been the problem so far!!!
for me i think a fighter who was relentless, good speed, and had a huge workrate, and great stamina may be able to beat floyd! their is still a big MAY BE able though, but thats the best shot! juan diaz type guy, at 47!
