Sometimes, I wonder if boxing promoters really care about boxing. This fight would be in the 80's the highlight of the week. I give props for every single poster who gives thier opinion in this site, it gives me hope that I'm not alone in my love for this sport. I find it offensive that bowling , Nascar and beach Volleyball are featured on nbc or abc but Boxing is missing which is very peculiar to me.

Yeah, who in the fark is watching volleyball or bowling? I mean, really, I want to meet those people because I don't think they even exist. Nascar is huge, so I understand why it's on, but definitely not volleyball and bowling. Those are only fun when your drunk with your friends.

Has anyone ever won one of these protests? I cant think of anytime that they have led to anything being done. It just makes the losing fighter look worse.

He did get warned numerous times for low blows.

He also was being held up by the ropes, and I seriously think his ass would have been KO'd had the referee not stepped in and given Marquez the standing 8 count.

This was basically a better version of Chavez-Taylor with the same type of ending.

If it wasn't a KD or maybe that lowblow wasn't counted this would have ended up as a draw. That KD was warrented though, it is clearly stated in the rules.

i am very surprised and disappointed in marquez for this! the kd was legit, and the low blow pt would not have given him the fight! as fo shaw, he can go **** off. pos!
