there were some roundsthat vasquez was winning and marquez would rally with 15 or so seconds left. bu i gave those to Vasquez, but some i could see giving them to Marquez.Comment

the typical draw is 114 -114(not all the time of course.)wait.. im confused. lol I had Marquez up by a point but that low blow is what made it even. I was rooting for Vazquez but I had Marquez up (without the deduction) still I feel the deduction was fair though because he should have gave it to him on the 3rd time he gave it to him on the 4th. He hit him on the hip.
If you had this fight 6 rounds each, then count the deductions, a six round to six round in this fight would look like 112-113. of course thats mathmaticaly thinking i guess scoreing even rounds would change it.Last edited by moy22487; 03-02-2008, 02:06 AM. Reason: so a seven round to 5 would of made it a draw. but i saw it to close, i had it 6 round vs 6, 112 113Comment

Yeah, it would've definitely been a KD had he not hung onto the ropes. But, Izzy actually let up for a second as Rafa was flailing into the ropes. Had he pursued Rafa full force with no let up, there's no question in my mind that Izzy would've scored the KO.Comment

True, if you saw it that way but I didn't. Take away the 2 10-8 rds for both and that leaves 10 rds to judge. If you scored it for vasquez by 3 points that means 6 rds for vasquez and 3 for Marquez with 1 even . That is not possible in my opinion. Give Vasquez an extra pt for the weak foul and vasquez still loses.Comment

no i didnt see it that way either, but some rounds were very close, marquez might have stolen some rounds or came up short from stealing themTrue, if you saw it that way but I didn't.
