              Well he only defend all four titles once, if that's what you're asking, in that tantalizing performance against Howard Eastman.

                Hopkins became the undisputed middleweight champion by defeating 'Tito' Trinidad in 2001. He defended his undisputed title 6 times.

                Calzaghe became the undisputed super middleweight champion by defeating Mikkel Kessler in 2007. He has yet to defend that title.

                  I would say 6 times, since after the MiddleWeight Tournament with Joppy, Holmes, Hopkins and Trinidad. The WBO at the time was a bit of a paper champion. After the tourney Hopkins was the undisputed Champion even though he had only 3 of the 4 major belts.
