Lewis is much more Canada's than he is Britains. He grew up in Canada, he learned to love boxing and started training for boxing in Canada. and he went to the olympics TWICE and won super heavyweight Gold for Canada. He just couldn't find the sponsers to support him in Canada so he went off to England. So essentially he was bought by England but he is truley a Canadian.

Don't EVER forget that it was CANADIAN tax payers who paid for ALL the training travel etc maybe millions of dollars for him to go to TWO (2) olympics as a CANADIAN.

If you're born in UK, then you're British. Yes, his parents are Jamaican and yes he lived in Canada for years. Lewis is British, no ifs and buts about it.
