Why is it that the canadians never have hany boxing talent of their own? they rely on fighters coming over from Europe and Africa and then claiming canadian citizenship.
Bute:Romanian
Pascal:Haitian
Alcine:Haitian
Diaconu:Romanian
Ngoudjo: Cameroonian
Lewis was born in Britain and lived here for twelve years before moving to canada. Adding to that, he always had a union jack in his enourage before fights, no sign of the maple leaf I'm afraid

He grew up in Canada, he learned to love boxing and started training for boxing in Canada. and he won super heavyweight Gold in the Olympics for Canada. He just couldn't find the sponsers to support him in Canada so he went off to England. So essentially he was bought by England but he is truley a Canadian.
