But would you consider him a former HW champion?

if floyd gets credit for beating DLH and becoming a "Jr Middleweight Champ", then there should be no reason for Roy not to get credit.

Add a "Roy was a HW champ, but the fact he never defended and won when there was a consensus undisputed HW champ takes away from this accomplishment" option and I'll vote for that.
