Everybody can have an off night but Lacy got owned so badly against Calzaghe that even at his best day he would not be good enough to beat him. And Lacys last fight was also not impressive. I like Lacy hes a good fighter but he needs an impressive dominating win to be back in the mix.

Well Lacy's best he has fought is Syd Vanderpool.

Hopkins's best he has fought is either Wright or Tarver, depending on who you talk to.

Yup, so Hopkins beat the best southpaw Lacy beat, and beat the best southpaw Lacy has sparred with.

He also beat a pretty good defensive southpaw in John David Jackson, although he was probably a bit past it.
