That's the most lucrative and most **** for his buck regarding resume. The only fight that i don't fully expect is the Pacquiao. There are a lot of things that can happen to mess that up i imagine. I just don't think pacquiao will be overwhelm the larger Hatton. With so little defense on both sides it probably wouldn't go 6.

But the thing is Hattons been avoiding Witter for over five years, Cotto knew that he wasn't ready for Floyd til resently. Same goes for Ricky... he didn't want any parts of Floyd till he beat up n over the hill JLC.

I wont lose respect for Hatton. I understand where any fighter comes from when it comes to taking big money fights. As far as him being "the guy" at 140, that becomes irrelevant because you cant claim to be Champ fighting the competition he's fought at 140.

He's fought Maussa, Castillo, Urango, Lazcano. That's a joke of a resume for a guy who claims to be the best fighter at 140. Urango and Maussa being the only guys who were natural 140 pounders too btw. You have to prove it in the ring.

Why doesn't Witter fight Torres while Hatton takes on Lazcano? Seeing as he isn't fighting Demetrius Hoppkins any more it would make him look like much less of a whiny ***** if he just said "**** off Ricky, I'm fighting someone else and unifying". Hatton put a lot of effort into getting the match with Mayweather but he was also talking about fighting De La Hoya or Cotto. Witter isn't entertaining any other options.

He may lose respect but he won't lose money.

I dont think hed lose any respect. Hatton fought to get where he is now and should do what he wants. Witter can do the same.

It would be much worse. Pacman best weight is 122-126. not 135.

That being said, it would make him a lot more money. Go Ricky!
