Well if theres one thing about Winky it is that he'll fight anyone.......For the right Money or even the wrong money since he thinks he's worse so much now......Winky can beat Pavlik tho. Winky UD.
i think the fight between winky and pavlik would be boring, i think winky would make it a slow fight with his turtle defense.
if winky were to trade like he did against taylor, it would be exciting, but knowing the power that pavlik has and how he was able to ko taylor the way he did in their first fight, i think winky will be more defensive minded, especially after the mauling he got from hopkins. pavlik has proved that he isnt the kind of dude you really want to trade with, and winky isnt a ****** fighter neither, he would play it smart, it's not like winky has made a career pleasing the crowds with toe to toe action and knockouts.

He has fougth his last few frights in a more exciting fashion though...
Taylor, Quartey and even Hopkins, he stood there and traded more than usual. He still keeps his guard up though.
If Wright tries to outwork and pressure Roy, he has a good chance of winning a decision but if he tries to simply coast to a decision and counter punch, Roy could take it.
Roy uses a similar style to Winky's now with greater handspeed and power but his punch output is lacking. Jones' habit of laying on the ropes could cost him, Wright did his best work against Taylor when Taylor was laying on the ropes.
Wright didn't seem to have the conditioning at higher weights that he had at lower weights (or maybe it's due to his age, remains to be seen) and he could get tired out in the later rounds if he tries to pressure Roy.
This would allow Roy to take control of the fight like Hopkins did against Wright.
Roy is a 'cleaner' fighter than Hopkins though so Winky wouldn't have as much trouble with the tiring clinching, rabbit punching and incoming headbutts.
I think Roy could win a decision over the aging Winky Wright.

Well roy only went to the ropes maybe 4 or 5 times for a few seconds during the trinidad fight.. being that trinidad was the smaller guy... i think roy would treat winky just the same as tito... and just circle him instead of going back on the ropes...
I really cant see winky beating pavlik.. thats why i asked..
