for an answer on this fight see lewis versus grant and golota. Lewis would jump on the mentally timid wlad and have him out of there inside 3 rounds. The knockout would be brutal

I believe Lewis was only down 2 times in his career. Someone could question his heart though because he never got up to win a fight after he was down.
He stood up while hurt after punches that would have put a wlad down, he had the fight to saty up, it took unbelievable shots to put him down as in the Rahman case and dont forget he was back up in the Mccall fight at 6, Wlad got a 14 second count after the first Sanders kd and was still so wobbly he fell right back down without another big shot landing on him.

So Wlad equals Grant and Golota, I get it. And Wlad is not nearly as good or hard hitting as McCall or Rahman, so he has no chance of stopping Lennox. I get it. Good post.

            Lennox took both lightly.

He would know about Wlads power and imo Lewis would destroy him.

The version that fought his better brother Vitali would blitz him.

golota was probably the most feared man in the heavyweight division when lewis took him out.... with ease. Just take a look at golotas face as he's on the canvas. Of course wlad has a chance of stopping lennox, this is heavyweight boxing... any man weighing over the 200 pound mark can seriously hurt their opponent, whats your point? the question asked was who would win when they were both 32 and put simply imo, lewis would jump on wlad early take advantage of wlads NON-EXISTENT inside game and tear him up. Anyone who has ever fought lewis comments on his physical strength, i dont see wlad coping with this

Wladimir hasn't made it to where Lennox was at 32 yet, though he's obviously working on it by trying to unify the belts &so forth. Lennox Lewis was a really good heavyweight champion, who had quite an arsenal, my guess would be Lennox would bust out the right hand early, and put Wladimir to sleep pretty fast with it. He'd be able to match Wlad's size...actually have a weight advatage, I don't think he'd have a hard time connecting like the smaller heavyweights (Like Sultan, Brock, etc) do., and Lennox reacted to getting hit with hard shots better than Wlad has so far, sure he got KO'd, but he won some fights where he took big shots too...(Bruno, Holyfield, Vitali, Grant caught him a couple times, etc). If Wladimir can unify the belts, and defend his title with some impressive wins over top challengers, than he can become a really good champion, like a Lennox Lewis. we shall see. He's got a trainer who doesn't like these boring fights...Steward has always seemed to like a guy who goes out and destroys his opponent...hopefully Wlad's performances will start to reflect that.

The fact that Lennox went out and really devestated a lot of his opponents helped make him a good champ, he gave us some excitement, that blow out of Golota....blow out of undefeated Michael Grant, annihilation of Frans Botha, the rematch with Rahman.....Lennox came in, looking to land his money shot, where as Wladimir seems to be happy lately putting on a boxing clinic, wich is fine for getting the "W"...but may hurt his ticket sales..and legacy.
