"*****, I'm going to make you cry," Hopkins told super-middleweight world champion Calzaghe. But unfazed by the American's stream of street talk, Calzaghe told him: "You're getting ****ed up on fight night."

"*****" is about the nicest thing he's called him.

The war of words continued during a photo shoot outside.
Hopkins has reverted to trash talk in press conferences in London, New York, LA and now Vegas, but undefeated Calzaghe hasn't been flustered by the tactics.
" Hopkins is a bully, simple as that," said Calzaghe. "I'm not intimidated by him, I just find it funny that a grown man like him carries on the way he does. Let's see who's doing the talk after the fight."
The pair will now head to intensive training camps, and won't come face to face until the week of the fight.
Hopkins is going to get schooled proper by Joe.

Originally posted by rickpartyHopkins talks more ish than a little bit!! Calzaghe is going to silence him because B-Hop is way to arrogant. Hop keeps screaming P4P, but got whooped twice by Jermain. Though it was close (2nd fight), he still got smashed! Until he beats Jermain and RJJ..then he can scream P4P. Until then, leave your grill unfixed cause Calzaghe bussin' out some more teefes come 4/19

This is a terrible strategy, if this is indeed a mind game being played here. Calz is too good for Hop to be egging him on like that. This stuff works against lesser fighters who are weak minded and will come unglued in a fight. He was better off playing it down and letting Joe think he was not even worth training seriously for, and hopefully he would catch him off guard/relaxed on fight night. Now Bernard will have an amped fighter on his hands who can overcome his offense.
