Julian Jackson and Gerald McClellan belong in that list.

LaMotta didn't have much power at all.
Hagler didn't have as much power as Hearns did at 160.
Mugabi was very strong but didn't prove his power against the best opposition.
Robinson was at his best as a welterweight but his perfect punching technique made him a dangerous one punch KO artist. His left hook could KO even the toughest opponents.
Benn was very powerful at 160 but not the MOST powerful.
Pavlik isn't nearly as powerful as McClellan or Jackson.

Put more boxers like McClellan, Jackson, Hearns, Briscoe, Roldan, Graziano, Monzon and Ketchel in there. Take LaMotta out.

I would say that Gerald McClellan (who should be on that list) or Kelly Pavlik hits the hardest. Hagler and Robinson had to wear thier opponents down and stop there in the later rounds. Robinson was more of a one punch knockout artist when he was at welterweight. John Mugabi was a hard hitter, be he didn't knockout top opposition so i wouldn't consider him one of the hardest.

Im shocked Julian Jackson isn't in the list he used to KO guys with 1 punch without even trying. He probably had the best 1 punch KO power ever in the Middleweight division.

I agree, those 2 should be there. McClellan is my top choice.
