Margarito at 3? Why is Paul Williams below the man he beat? Wow...

      My list:

      Mayweather
      Cotto
      Mosley
      Quintana
      Williams
      Margarito
      Cintron
      Judah
      Clottey
      Collazo

Not sure why Kermit gets such a high ranking on everyone's list. The best fighter he's beaten is arguably David Estrada, maybe Mark Suarez. All he has on Williams is that he beat Matthysse much easier, but if you go by that, then you have to recognize Williams' win over Margarito seriously trumping Kermit's beatdown against him.

I try not to rank fighters based on a single win, but Quintana did have some solid wins over decent prospects on the way up (including Rafael's boy toy). Shane's longevity and giving Cotto a tougher fight than anyone else in his career is why I have him so high, not to mention that nobody below him has really accomplished all that much to garner consideration for being ranked ahead of him

        3. Shane Mosley (44-5)
        4. Kermit Cintron (29-1)
        5. Carlos Quintana (25-1)
        6. Paul Williams (33-1)
        7. Antonio Margarito (35-5)
        8. Zab Judah (36-5)
        9. Joshua Clottey (33-2)
        10. Luis Collazo (28-3)
In the bubble mix, Andre Berto (21-0)

I got to go to work, later Tonight, I may add my comments... peace!!!

Cotto and MayWeather are Da TOP, no doubts. I hate Cotto taking a fight with Gomez, but what the hell. If Cotto fights the Kermit-Tony winner and wins, he position himself as the TOP WELTERWEIGHT. Another good fight before year's end and PBF fight agaisnt ODLH means nothing.

Mosley is the top 3rd, period. This year, 2008, he beats any other fighter on the list. I got Kermit next since I am confident he will beat Margarito. If he does, who to doubt Kermit as the top 4th in WWs. Quintana is a champ that beated PW. Enough said. 5th and 6th.

Margarito is the 7th due to his loss to PW, plus I expect him to lose agaist Cintron. Judah still is better than Clottey, Collazo, and Berto. I give the edge to Clottey over Collazo since Collazo is coming off an injury. Berto, like stated is just in the bubble mix.

and people seem to forget margarito is a slow starter so clotte could have won the first rounds anyway doesnt mean he would have won the fight. and people also for get that margarito was coming off a layoff that was over a year long so rust was inevitable and he still came out on top!

even with a pw loss how can you put cintron so far ahead of margarito???????? are you ******ed did you not watch their fight! how you going to rank someone 4th and rank the person that humiliated him 7th? Did you take into consideration the feliciano fight did cintrons stock rise with that?? looks like to you it did. I cant wait till marg knocks him silly again.

I think Berto may be the only fighter Judah would be able to beat.

I think Judah beats Collazo, Berto and Clottey too. He has problems with Quintana, Cintron, Margarito, and loses to any other in the top. Mosley will put Judah down once and for all. Zab should had taken the Margarito fight or even try to had Quintana prior to facing Shane. Then again, Zab just looked for one last decent payday since he knows he lacks the discipline to rebuild his waste of a career.
