You Look Good Man. Put Some Bend In Your Knees And A Little More Fluid While Moving. Dont Pull Back With Your Hands Down. Also Close Your Elbows And Bring Them A Little Closer To The Body. And Just Keep At It. To Keep Your Hands Up And Protect Your Self At All Times. Do This Exercise. Hold A Towel In Between Your Right Elbow And Your Body When Your Throwing A Jab. Do It 100 Times A Day Or 15 Minutes And Switch It From Jab To Straight Right Hand So You Get Used To Hold Your Left High Off Of A Right Hand. In One Week It Will Be A Habit To Keep Your Right Hand High And Left High Which Is Always A Good Thing. This Is Coming From A Trainer, So Take It How You Want. But Remember These 2 Things.
1. If You Have A GREAT Jab You Can Beat 99 Percent Of All Fighters If you think you have a GREAT jab most likely its mediocre and that goes for anybody. So keep at the jab because that is THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT PUNCH IN BOXING. Without a jab is like a car with no gas, it will get you no where.
2. Protect Yourself At All Times. It Sounds Cliche But Is The Best Advice Anyone Can Give.

not bad bro. hands up. weight on your rear foot more. takes along time, and if you keep working you will get there! it's all about repetition, and making things second nature!
