Positively your pretty good on that speed bag & look pretty sharp for someone who hasnt had any fights. One thing with your left hook i picked up on was that you arent moving your whole body into it, use your hips n legs and turn your body into it - you'll get way more power
What weight & age are you ???
I never said i was going pro anytime soon, maybe in 2 or 3 years who knows
I'm only 17 years old, weight about 185, 6'3, and i know i got alot more **** to learn, and again thoses sparing sesions were just really light stuff i wasn't doing my best at all and so wasn't my trainer but thanks anywais.

One thing I would suggest is learning to not square up so much. I noticed you doing that a fair bit...too much in my opinion. It gives your opponent too much to work with and too many opportunities and targets to shoot at. Try and keep your left shoulder to the front all the time when your circling and jabbing or counter punching. That way you can use your right arm more to block and it will give the opponent a smaller space to shoot at, so the area you have to cover when blocking is smaller.
