I think Roy can have success with his Winky Wright style of keeping his hands up and blocking Pavlik's right hands and counterpunching off of that.

Even though Pavlik puts a lot of pressure on you,i dont see the same hand speed as Glen Johnson. Glen was throwing everything in the kitchen sink at Roy and Roy didnt know what to do. Pavlik's punches, you can see them coming easier. Im not saying he's slow,or not a very good fighter,i just think roy matches up better with Pavlik then he did with Glen.
Roy could dominate the fight for 12 rounds and still loose. His chin is very weak. He would get stopped.

Maybe if Kessler fought Pavlik @ 160, I'd give Pavlik a much bigger chance.

Pavlik has been at 160, who knows if he can carry that power to 175. or even 168, his punches at 166 didnt seem as effective as at 160. Jones would win easily if he hasnt gotten to old.

Yes, Jones can beat Pavlik but in the Trinidad fight he was pushed back to the ropes when Trinidad moved forward and that could be a big factor against a guy like Pavlik who throws a lot of punches per round, Jones' low activity nowadays could hurt him as well.

I seriously doubt it. Roy Jones doesnt have a high workrate and he lacks his old KO power. It would look like this last JT fight.

It would be a miracle if Jones avoided getting tagged and KO'd over 12 rounds.

Did you ever think that Kelly didnt have an off night but rather Taylor made adjustments from the first fight? I seriously doubt you did....

Anyway, at this point in Jones career, I dont know if he could handle someone with that kinda workrate. Jones obviously still has the superior skill and handspeed but physically Kelly's workrate will be bothersome...
