Jones is looking good fighting these no hopers like Hanshaw and washed up Trinidad because he is picking and choosing opponents that he know he can beat. If he fights Jermain, Pavlik ect, and any of these top young fighters in thier prime, he would lose and lose badly.

Jermain knocks Roy out in 2 rounds. He is too young and would overwelme Roy as this stage of Roy's career. Jermain looked great losing to Pavlik. He stayed off of the ropes, threw straight punches, and most important, he kept his damn hands up.

I see this fight going the way Tarver vs Jones 2 went, with Roy coming out showing flashes of his old self, but the younger and stronger prime fighter eventually catching up with Roy and knocking him out in brutal fashion in Jermains best showing since dethroning Hopkins back in 2005.

      Taylor TKO 2 Jones Jr.
Roy would **** Chad and Taylor both untill they loved it.

At this stage, Dawson would knock Roy out in a round, and Jermain would put him out in 2. Again, he should leave the younger fighters alone and continue fighting opponents more close to his age range, like he has been doing.

this is a bad career move for Taylor. He could easily take the super middleweight division without facing Jones. Jones will tax that ass and give Taylor his 3rd straight loss and Taylor's career will pretty much be spiraling out of control from there. It would be tragic cuz Taylor has so much potential but not enough to beat the likes of Roy or Pavlik. But everyone else at middle and super middle, Taylor could handle.

Everyone thinks just cuz a fighter has been ko'd or kd that they have a weak chin. Lets not forget that Ali was ko'd by frazier and later went on to take power punches from one of the most powerful punchers in boxing history george foreman and didn't even get knocked down once. Jones' chin is fine and he could handle dawson. Dawson has some great skills but he is still a limited fighter even compared to the present Jones.

There aren't alot of fighters if any that could do what 39 year old Jones is still capable of doing in the ring. ppl seem to lose perspective and think just cuz he is old that he isn't good anymore. He was unbelievalbe in his prime and now he is just amazing. Jones compared to younger Jones might not be as good, but Jones compared to other fighters today is still great.
