I rather see Taylor facing Bute, I'm not interested in the Jones fight. Taylor can't gain anything from this fight, if he beats Jones, we will hear Jones was old and if he loses to Jones that's the end of Taylor's career.

Jones doesn't deserve a shot against anyone with a belt at the moment, Jones - Taylor is a good fight for him if hes gonna call it a day but if he wasnt a few more fights I doubt it will happen as one more loss will effectively end his career, with that in mind I hope it happens.

all i have to say is Winky Wright

Roy does winky better than Winky does himself IMO

and with Jermain going up in weight... I dont see him being as strong as Roy... he WONT have the hand speed advantage he had against pavlik... he wont just be standing there for Jermain to unload on him.... and with Jermains lazy left.. and Roy having the fastest right hand in the game....

He allowed Tito to hit him and didn't even fight the first rounds. I don't think that's gonna work against Taylor. He also dismantled Tito with a handful of punches. After weather the storm that is the massive volume of Pavlik punches Taylor is IMO gonna come out a much stronger fighter in his next bout.

I disagree. Jermaine always gets tired regardless of who he's fighting. Roy is a far better counter puncher than Pavlik. And the straight right will land with accuracy.

For everyont saying jones should fight hopkins or calzaghe or pavlik. Listen, just listen. Pavlik already has a set date in june or july against duddy. Calzaghe and hopkins meet in april. If Jones fights Taylor in June, he stays busy and it easily sets up a fight in october or november for any one of those opponents. I'd rather jones not be inactive for 9-10 months. This is how boxing works. I think its an excellent matchup.
