This is really sad.... A great fighter who has all 3 of his losses at 160+ wants to fight the hardest punching Middleweight. KP has a frame of a fighter that may end up at LHW and Tito is a fighter that should have stopped at JMW. He has never been able to compete with the elite MW and therefore has no business there.

Having just watched the pavlike-taylor fight id very much be interested in seeing trinidad v. pavlik but at catchweight so trinidad doesn't come in weight drained. It would be a war both get hit a lot and like to hit the body would be an action fight, the younger would probably provail at the end but it would be a war.

trinidad doesnt need to go in weight drained, he just needs to be introduced to a tread mill and weight watchers, he can still make 160 easily, he doesnt have a frame big enough for 170

Tito wouldnt last unfortunetly. Duddy-Pavlik is a more intruiging and exciting fight IMO.

This is sad because i think it shows Trinidad really doesnt care about the sport. He is getting a gift by being offered a title shot when he hasnt won since Mayorga, and instead of taking the chance at being the undisputed middle weight champion of the world, he wants to meet at a catch weight? If Oscar is still going to make 150, you have to be kidding me saying Trinidad cant make 160, even Vargas got to 166 for his last fight, come on Tito.

he denied tito to have a rematch with oscar, and then he telling his son cannot make 160? thats ****** tito can make 160 its not like he is a muscle guy, jones jr was a muscle guy and made 170...tito trinidad is a fat type guy who put son fat not muscle just start burning that fat now and get the fight done, its a huge money fight and sad to say Pavlik has the upper hand he is the hot rising star.

papa trinidad needs to stop with this stipulations to accomodate tito.

Tito does not deserve a title shot right now. It seems that he is just looking for another big pay day. If he was serious he would start busting his @ss in the gym and get down to 154 where he would be one nasty motha phuka. It gets me upset to see that he is not even willing to go down to 160..thats just rediculous.
