well, in all the prior fights, merchant was singing anthems to taylor... the hbo commentators always hype the HBO fighters... now that pavlik is in the HBO stable, he gets the anthems

There is alot of crybabies when there favourite fighter do not win, I remember the Williams/Margarito fight but when a fight is close its normal for people to score it for there favourite fighter.

Taylor wasn't active in most rounds, BUT HE STILL LANDED PUNCHES while Pavlik hit nothing but gloves from rounds 2-9

Hit nothing but gloves ?? is that why Taylor had a big bruise on his eye and a bloody nose ?? Pavlik was doubling Taylor in punches thrown in most of the rounds Pavlik was landing the more punches and worked the entire 3 mintues of the round, where as Taylor tried to steal rounds with round stealing flurries averaging at only 35 punches thrown a round.
