    it was a close fight, but again taylor did not do enough, his jab was getting there and pavlik's punches were slappy, pavlik stuck his nose and was the busier fighter

          Very close fight, but you only had to look at the damage to the fighters' faces to see who won this fight. 115-113 Pavlik.

                  i thought everythign pavlik did in teh first fight didnt owrk this fight.
                  i had taylor ahead.... i thought rounds 5-9 he took over an dpavlik did a whole lot of nothing most rounds

                      Close fight for two very classy fighters. Taylor let up a bit at the end and left the door open, but I'd say he did enough to win. For long stretches of the fight Pavlik just didn't seem to have an answer to Taylor's quickness and movement. But Pavlik showed greater constancy while Taylor disappeared at times and seemed very tired down the stretch.

                      Overall, I'd say it was a good fight which reflects well on both fighters.
