A one-armed Clottey lost a close decision to a guy who broke the all-time record for throwing the most punches in a fight (1,675). That seems like he is pretty special to me.

Hes good but nothing more than a prospect. Clotteys no money value and his recent subpar decision wins over nobodys (Shamone Alvarez and Felix Flores) wont be getting him a big fight anytime soon.
