Conditioning for about a year and 3 times a week. Its just great...i have improved my conditioning a lot thanks to boxing, and also is really fun, i enjoy it a lot although its hard :P
I would like very much to at least be in a match...an amateur one that is, just to see what i am made of xD, cos sparring we never go at 100%, and is obvious, cos the idea there is not to hurt your opponent :P
