personally speaking i was annoyed at all the hype, some of which was generated by Hattons camp. He then goes into the ring with one of the most senseless gameplans i have ever seen.

He barely wins a round and despite this, his corner do not tell him to change tactics nor does he change them himself. he 'hustles and bustles' for 10 rounds barely landing a shot and gets KO'd.

Coupled with this, he blows up like a whale in between fights, drinks, eats whatever he wants...

He fought at 147 against COllazo and should have lost in my eyes, and then he takes another fight at this weight against the P4P #1.

He then refuses to fight Witter despite it being the fight most want to see, and he is still whining about the referee in the fight.

I like hatton as a person, but since beating Tszyu he has been a huge let down and does not live the life of a boxer.

Ricky Hatton loses to the best fighter in th world and all of a sudden he's done?
Why don't you let him get back into the ring first and see how he responds to his first career loss.

yeah i guess losing to the #1 p4p guy in boxing now a days makes you a ****in bum... hatton was in great shape heading into the floyd fight... Im not gonna buy into some of your "hunches", he trained like a crazed animal for floyd.. if he can still train like that, he will show you all why he is KING at 140
