he sure knows how to talk a good game...which is why my money's on Hopkins, he's a sociopath when it comes to the fight game, am I lying?...just read the last quote of that article.. and Hopkins wouldn't take a fight if he didn't know what he was gonna do to his opponent...if only Joe had power and fights conventional ONLY then does he have a chance winning...if anything B-Hop should have just said "I'll never lose to a southpaw."

and if I eat crow the day after the fight then so be it...but until then, I'ma look forward to collect on his odds..

hopkins is talking too much, if you ask me he sounds like he's trying to convince himself that he's going to win. He's jealous of joe for his unbeaten record and his good looks, why else mention that?

Bernard Hopkins is the dirty old bastard that just wont die. He is one of the absolute last people in the world I would ever want to fight.

i swear bernard hopkins is on boxingscene. it seems like his last couple public statements were designed to make the excrement hit the fan here in this specific forum

He mentions it the same way he mentioned it when fighting Delahoya. Why would he be jealous of Joe. He admited he is not pretty. It's a jail tough guy thing. His mentality is like, Joe is the pretty boy and I'm gonna **** him up and send him back home with a loss and a bruised face.

It's gonna be an ugly fight and one way or the other Joe will be bleeding, whether from headbutts or a punch. Everybody who goes in with Hopkins, gets bruised up.

i can't understand why hopkins resorted to unnecessary racial slur against joe, and now , to joe's countrymen. now i see more reason why calzaghe should beat hopkins.
