              You can make you muscles big

              BUT! your heart and lungs stay the same size

              you get gassed!! your body cant provide oxygen to the muscles
              just look at shannon briggs at 280 lbs! 3 punches per round vs lykovich.

              In a quick street fight?? 15 seconds? YES I will rip your f#ckin head off

              but a boxer can cover up for a long time till the muscle head is gassed.
              its NOT a contest of strength.
              same for MMA.

                    low weight high rep like 20-30 endurance

                    high weight low rep like 4-4 strenght and explosiveness

                    medium weight in the 10-15 range is mass

                    boxers should do both off the first

                    and often forgotten nutriton controls your weight pluss and minus whan it comes to both fat and mucsle

                      Body building makes you stiff and therefore its harder to get your punches off with any real speed. If you watch Calzaghe Lacy everytime Lacy went to throw a shot Calzaghe had hit him with about 5.
